A woman fed a crow and now receives gratitude in the form of gifts every day
It all started quite simply. Not far from one woman’s house, crows chose a tree and began to bother her with their constant cawing. At first, she tried to scare them away by throwing sticks and stones, but this did not bring any results. As a result, the woman had to keep the windows closed.
One day, she noticed a crow on the balcony of her apartment. Opening the balcony door, she threw a handful of peanuts to the bird. The crow picked up the treat and flew away.
This was repeated several times, but one day, instead of throwing peanuts, the woman simply closed the curtains. The crow flew away, but soon returned, bringing with it several coins.
This is how the unusual story of the relationship between a woman and a crow began. She started a blog, where she began to share stories about what crows bring her in gratitude for the peanuts.
The list of “gifts” was varied: bird feathers, small metal objects, various stones, acorns and colored glass. What was especially pleasant was that the crows began to bring money, and quite a lot of it.
Initially, the woman posted photos of the coins she had collected during the day, but then she was told that this could lead to legal consequences. She deleted all the photos with money, although copies of them can still be found online.
Despite the skepticism of some people regarding the story of “payment” for food, many studies confirm that crows have basic forms of intelligence, comparable to that of a seven-year-old child, and are quite capable of understanding the essence of the exchange.
