An old woman saved 4 wolf cubs in the forest and nursed them back to health. Years later, the pack returned and thanked the woman
A pensioner named Maria once saved four little wolf cubs who were alone in the cold and hunger. The woman did not yet know that many years later, the wolves would remember their savior and return to thank her for her care.
Maria’s house was located on the edge of the forest in the Trans-Baikal Territory. She knew the local taiga well and often walked through its territory. One of those days, she heard a shrill squeak, followed this sound and discovered a wolf hole in which little wolf cubs were abandoned to their fate.
Maria could not leave them to die. She took them in to raise, and soon the babies got used to humans. However, when they grew up, the woman released them back into the forest, because wolves demand freedom.
Years later, smugglers broke into Maria’s house, intending to hide in her secluded home. However, their plans were disrupted when a wolf howl was heard right outside the door, and soon four white wolves burst into the house through the damaged front door.
The criminals had no choice but to escape through the windows. By evening, they were arrested. The wolves calmly went back into the forest, and Maria never saw her rescued cubs again.
